Branson's Most Interesting Museums


Branson is home to a host of museums and each one offers a unique experience. These Branson museums aren't your typical options. The city boasts museums for toys, celebrity cars, dinosaurs and the Titanic. This makes for an extensive list of must-see places to visit in Missouri. Many of the museums are on the Branson Strip but all are worth your time to visit. The following list isn't an exhaustive one, but it will give you a taste of the many Branson museums available to you when you stay at Bull Creek RV.

Titanic Branson

The Titanic Museum in Branson aims to honor the iconic ship as well as its passengers and crew. The museum features ship artifacts as well as interactive exhibits including sloping decks and recreations. The self-guided tour allows guests to take the exhibit at their own pace.

Branson Dinosaur Museum

Address: 3619 W. 76 Country Blvd. Branson, MO
Hours: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday through Friday; 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday
Price: $10.99 for adults; $7.98 for children (6-12); free for children 5 and under

Branson Dinosaur Museum is aimed at young children. This educational museum features life-size dinosaur models, showcasing over 50 models.

Guests can enjoy a self-guided tour, allowing visitors to take their time and take pictures if wanted.

World's Largest Toy Museum Complex

Address: 3609 W. 76 Country Blvd. Branson, MO
Hours: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday; 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday in January and February.

This complex features six different museums, each featuring a specific type of toy on display. There are over a million toys on display in the different museums, ranging from the 19th Century to the modern day. The idea behind the displays is to invoke nostalgia in visitors of all ages.

Hollywood Wax Museum

Price: $29.99 for adults; $17.99 for children 4-11; Free for children 3 and under

The Hollywood Wax Museum is part of an entertainment center that features three other attractions. As far as the museum, guests will see life-size wax replicas of celebrities. Guests are welcome to take pictures using a variety of props or just learn about each celebrity.

Creation Experience

Price: Free

Creation Experience is a museum centered on religious teachings. The museum aims to "bridge this gap by educating and inspiring people with the authority and reliability of the Bible." Guests will learn about history through the lens of biblical teachings. This is a great family-friendly option.

Celebrity Car Museum

Address: 1600 State Highway 76, Branson, MO
Hours: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday through Thursday; 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday
Price: $17.95 for adults; $15.95 for seniors 55 or older; $12.95 for teens 14-17; $7.95 for children 5-13

Car lovers won't want to miss a trip to the Celebrity Car Museum. There are over 100 vehicles on display, all of which come from movies and TV series or are celebrity vehicles, costumes and props.

The exhibit is constantly changing as the owners buy and sell cars. Photos are allowed.
